I bought this bag for upcoming vacations. With 4 kids I definitely need my hands free. It is lightweight, the quality you would expect from North Face, and the perfect size to hold items that would otherwise go in my purse as well as an umbrella, raincoat, and a couple snacks.

Bought this backup (perfect size for petite person like me) to carry with me while walking in the woods and to store light stuff like point and shoot camera, foldable light jacket, hat, money,etc. It has side pockets for my car keys. I take it as a purse when I'm shopping as well. Has a nice feel at my back. Not suitable for laptop, big camera and accessories. Too small for bulky stuff as well. Altrec never disappoints! They adjusted my order from purple color to black. Much appreciated.

Good for around town or travel carrying basics like water, camera, and other small items you might need. It will fit a pack able rain jacket or light sweater but probably not a heavy sweatshirt or coat.

I love this bag! It's definitely a small backpack but I have found it's perfect for holding a few essentials on short hikes or bike rides. For such a small bag I am really able to hold all of my essentials.

I did not like this backpack for the use i had planned on. I wanted to carry it to school but it is a lot smaller than it looked. It was very cute though and as long as you werent planning on carrying a lot of things in it then it would be a very great backpack, or maybe for a kids backpack. I have plans on returning it and exchanging for a northface jacket, I love the northface. And altrec has really great prices. I have no yet used this product but i did take it out of the package and just by looking at it i could tell it was not the size for me.

This is a great small bag to hold a few items such a water, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc. Things you would keep in your daily purse, not intended to bring a change of clothes, etc. It may even be hard to put a sweater or jacket in this pack. It couldn't be cuter though.

The pack is really small. If you want just a daypack for your wallet, camera, sunscreen, a bottle of water, should work fine. But if you need a backpack for more stuff, it's too small. Design is cute, though.

I saw someone with this bag and had to have one. This bag is small but big enough to fit my small laptop, wallet, glasses case and makeup bag (plus a few other small items). I recommend this to anyone looking for a small backpack. It is also comfortable to wear even when full. It has become my weekday purse.

I was looking for a small backpack and that's what I got. Right for my needs, sturdy and well made, compartments where necessary. It doesn't hold much for school though, maybe a SMALL laptop and a jacket. It would hold all the academic needs of a 4th grader but not much more. I can fit a 1 inch binder in w/ a small book but nothing else (for your reference).

This backpack suits me perfectly. It has perfectly placed pockets that suit a woman's needs. Inside is extra roomy for this medium size bag. I just love it. I am able to fit my lunch, books or magazines along with my purse and other stuff. The outside pockets come in handy for all my extra stuff that need to be at hand when I need them in a hurry.
