Works Great
January 27, 2012
I've used Superfeet Insoles for a long time. They work much better (are more comfortable, and even a little warmer) than the insoles that come with shoes, boots, hockey skates, etc.
Pros: Performance, Ease of useSuperfeet are super!
December 20, 2011
I use these in all my shoes and boots. I own 4 pair, one for walking shoes, one for ski boots, one for winter hiking boots and one for running shoes. My ortho surgeon suggested them by name and my physical thera agrees. Rt knee no ACL and these keep me going!
Pros: Great design, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of useWorthy of consideration for pronaters
May 11, 2011
Have several pairs in of the "Green" in athletic footwear and ski boot. Wife has lower arch and uses "Blue" in tennis shoes with no complaint. Work well right out the box and longlasting. Compare Sole inserts for lower volume footwear. This could be a consideration depending on volume of fit needed and type of footwear. Lower arch individuals may have longer break in period.
Pros: Build quality, Lasts forever, Performancenot very happy

I bought this product based on all these reviews I read here. However it simply not working for me. I am not flat feet or anything but these insoles keep poking the backside of my arches and my feet really getting sore after hiking several miles with them. At beginning, I told myself: this must be a break-in issue and so many customers can be wrong! However I never get used to them and finally I have to tell myself that enough is enough. I bought them for more cushion however don't ever expect any cushion from them! I guess they probably meant to be for some other purposes? But for me, who doesn't really have any foot problems at all just looking for more cushion/support for hiking, this is not the right product. To be fair, they do look like very well made, high quality product.
Pros: Build quality, Lasts foreverLove these insoles
April 16, 2011
I bought these insoles for my snowboard boots. They are really effective in keeping my heal the back of the boot, while providing arch support and shock absorption. Definitely extended the life of my boots, which I didn't want to give up because they've been broken in so perfectly !! I am planning on buying another set for my running shoes. Worth the price.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, PerformanceSupportive for Pronation
March 06, 2011
These insoles support my fallen arches well. Being able to shape the insole is quite convenient and makes it work so much better. The cushioning is negligible. I recommend these for low or medium arches, although not for flat fleet.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great valuePain free, at last!
February 15, 2011
Just got done with my first run with the new insoles - absolutely incredible! I've been running for four years and I've never experienced such an absence of pain. It's really difficult for me to find appropriate footwear - I pretty severely supinate/under-pronate and have very high arches. This means the majority of impact is absorbed by a minimal area of my foot. The rest of my body feels it! Back pain, knee pain, hip pain... (I'm only 23. I'm pretty sure it shouldn't be this way.) Finally. These insoles. I started smiling from the moment I put them on my feet and never really stopped. My run was wonderful; I've never been so happy to just keep going. As time wore on, I realized I was having to actually *retrain* myself to stop compensating for the support that I wasn't getting before. As you might imagine, this gave my whole body permission to just RELAX. Normally after about 15 minutes I start to battle with pain, which truly wears down on your psyche when you're already trying to mentally push your body past its other limits. Instead, on this run, I was so far away from such burdens that I was able to actually space out and enjoy myself! In fact, all I could really think about the whole time were the things I was going to write in this review... (Trust me. There was a lot more. I could go on.) I'm elated about this investment. I'll surely get more mileage out of my running shoes and for much less money than buying a whole new pair. Cheesy as it sounds: I'm definitely a Superfeet superfan. :) I'll recommend these to anybody.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great valuegreat for correcting flat feet/slight pronation
January 19, 2011
The last trip to the podiatrist taught me nothing was broken but the popping and pain in my knees needed to be corrected with orthotics. I also learned one of my legs is slightly shorter than the other, which causes more pronation in one foot than the other. Add flat feet on top of that, and long distance hiking does nothing but exacerbate the problem. It was recommended I go green (superfeet) in all my shoes. I was hard pressed to give up sandals and slides in the summers due to needing orthotics....so I used industrial grade velcro and they stay put! A year later my arches which were non-existent, now have some lift. My pronation has been reduced because my alignment (foot to hip) is corrected. I don't have popping and only minimal pain and inflammation in my knees after long treks up the mtns. Unfortunately I still need real orthotics, as now I have the issue of the balls of my feet aching on hikes above 10mi. I did try the purple premium superfeet (the ones with gel) but they did not help me. For most people, these can fix minor alignment issues and make your feet very happy. You can scrub them with a brush and sandal suds and get even more life out of them, they are very durable.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great valueMust-Have Insoles
December 19, 2010
I'm not an insole fan, but a hiking friend recommended Superfeet to me for everyday wear. I bought them for my everyday boots, then I bought another pair for my every-other-day shoes...then I bought pairs for everyone in my family. I wear superfeet every single day, and they're fantastic. After one day of getting used to them, no shoes are ever the same without them. I have them in a pair of Keen boots and a pair of Patagonia approach shoes. Improved both pairs of already-comfortable-shoes tenfold.
Pros: Great design, Performance, comfortGreat product!
December 07, 2010
I purchased these to use in my running and gym shoes and have been so happy with them. They were recommended to me by a podiatrist to help with a mild Morton's neuroma and provide overall good support. I just remove the insoles that come with the shoes (typically quite flimsy) and add these instead. Very happy with them! I've yet to feel the need to replace a pair.
Pros: Great design, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of useBest insoles for running
November 29, 2010
These are my all-time favorite insoles. They may seem hard and stiff at first, especially when compared to drugstore brands like Dr. Scholls, but these provide so much support for my high arches and keep me from overpronating. I won't buy anything else!
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Ease of useSuperfeet are fantastic.
November 17, 2010
Having had a time with plantar fasciitis, these inserts really helped with my recovery. I have bought several pairs to go in my cycling shoes as well as my everyday shoes. They have lasted forever.
Pros: Lasts forever, Performance, Great valueSuperfeet
November 08, 2010
I love Superfeet! I have tried several other brands but none gave the excellent support and comfort as with Superfeet. I am hooked. They are also very easy to remove and use in other shoes.
Pros: Build quality, Performance, Ease of usePain Free Run
October 29, 2010
Was offered the chance to run in the Army 10 Miler the day prior to the race. I was completely unprepared and have recently been struggling with plantar fasciitis. Threw the SuperFeet in and not once have had a painful stepping moment. Of course there were probably a whole series of other possible reasons, but without a doubt these assisted.
Pros: Build quality, Performance, Ease of useGo green
October 12, 2010
My husband is on his feet all day for work and has pairs of the green in all his shoes/ boots and sneakers. He's hooked. I have them in my hiking boots and love that they last well and they are firm, but comfortable.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, PerformanceWorth the money!
September 13, 2010
I purchased the green insole for my deck boots made by Xtra Tuf. The insoles slid in and hold tight with no trimming needed. I felt some fatigue after 14 hours tuna fishing, but nothing close to my other boots and insoles!!
SUPERFEET
August 11, 2010
I love them! I've been buying the green inserts now for over 13 years! They provide great support and leg alignment. I even put them into the shoes I'm trying on at the store, because basic shoe inserts don't even compare.
Great for general walking around
June 30, 2010
I bought these for general city walking. I am on my feet most of the day, as I commute on foot and by bike. These are a great, inexpensive way to improve any pair of shoes because they are removable. Nice amount of arch support for medium amount of activity.
don't be fooled by cheaper versions
May 17, 2010
I've tried other less expensive insoles but they don't give the same support. Superfeet are the best. I can walk all day long and feet never get sore or tired.
GREAT!
March 27, 2010
I use these inserts for running, boxing, and any type of fitness class at the gym. I have extremely flat feet, so the arch support feels wonderful - particularly on long runs. ENJOY
Great
March 12, 2010
Have used Superfeet for probably five years now and swear by them. Gives me the added foot support I need. Altrec processed and shipped order fast. Thanks!
Magic Pill
March 03, 2010
I don't believe in little magic pills that will fix all of your problems. However, I do believe in Superfeet. This is my 6th pair, heck not even because they wear out, but because I prefer to leave them in their shoes rather than switch them around. Long story short, I'm in the Army so I run a lot. I even put them in my boots. All I ever tell people is.... "Even the best shoe brands make an awesome product, but put in a .05 cent insole." Why put cheap tires on a Mercedes? Even if you have no foot problems, these will be better for your feet, and keep your joints in line. Don't think that these are orthotic insoles! Don't think they are "cushioned" insoles either. These aren't placebos to make you feel good and cushy. They are the high tech form our feet yearn for.
great support
February 20, 2010
since I've had these insoles....2 months... they have helped reduce the heal from my plantar fasciitis. would recommended these to anyone.
Good Insoles
January 03, 2010
added support and reduced some heel lift I had in my snowboard boots. Overall made my feet feel much more comfortable
Great support
December 06, 2009
Tremendous support for my high arches.
Not too Bad!
November 11, 2009
Had to try something to extend the life of some great hiking boots as the insoles wear out quickly. The support is a bit different, hard to get used to, but overall pretty good product.
Love this insole
September 26, 2009
Since I tried the insole for a year, I didn't hurt my feet anymore. Sincerely recommend.
great comfort and support
September 20, 2009
I was skeptical of the product because it didn't seem like it would be comfortable and the price is high. I broke them in during a recent hike and the comfort and support was superb. My knees are doing better on the downhills with better insoles now in my hiking shoes. My arches have much better support than they would have with the standard insoles.
a must for running
August 18, 2009
I have really flat feet and I run a daily 5.4 mile loop of hills and rough road. I've had both feet operated on and needless to say my feet need support. The super feet are an alternative to orthotics at a lesser cost.
So far so good
March 26, 2009
So far I've only taken one strenuous hike with them. But I was very satisfied. They are extremely firm. They do take some "getting used to". I wore them around the house occasionally until I gradually adjusted to the feel.
Super feet
December 17, 2008
Ive used them for the past 12 years as a firearms/classroom instructor on my feet all day. At the end, my feet are still fresh.
Great inserts
October 15, 2008
This is now my second set of these inserts, and I love them. Quality construction, hold up well over time. Great purchase.
I've Used Them for Years
August 20, 2008
I've consistently used Superfeet for over ten years. I've used them in everything from climbing boots to running shoes and everything in between. For me they nearly always improve fit and comfort. I'm most impressed with how they support the foot in such a way that they greatly reduce foot fatigue when spending a full day standing or walking on hard surfaces. Everyone should give these performance insoles a try.
Excellent insole - highly recommend
June 18, 2008
I've been trying various brands of insoles for my expensive Mephisto shoes and boots. None have even come close to the original insole as these Performance Green Insoles. I'll definitely order more of these.
Best Insoles Ever!!!
April 23, 2008
I can tell already that these insoles will be the best I have ever had. I plan on buying more! Thanks!
great
February 18, 2008
These are great insoles. After going from Superfeet to regualr insoles on my thru hike,I'll never do it again! They provide great support, and my feet feel less fatigued.
I love the insoles and have been using them for several years.
January 28, 2008
I love the insoles and have been using them for several years. My podiatrist recommended them based on a hereditary foot problem. I ordered my dad a pair too because I immediately knew who I inherited the problem from. He has suffered with foot pain on and off for years. At first he thought I was nuts for paying $30 for them. Shortly afterwards he bought a pair for every shoe he owns.
Everyone Loves Superfeet
August 28, 2007
These are great. I have a pair in almost every pair of shoes that I own. I have terrible heel spurs and this seams to really stabilize my foot enough to help save me from replacing my shoes every 2 months.
great stuff
June 19, 2007
The comment that says they hurt after only a few... well, these need a break in period of a week or more before they fit and function just right. These are great insoles,
