I love the Sole insoles!!! I have been useing the ultras in my work boots (red wings) and wanted some for my every day shoes (keen) too. Just heat them up, stick them in and put them on. They support and improve the contact points of the foot better than any other insole I've tried. Make sure to use them in a shoe with a removable insole. I'm a size 12 ee with a neutral arch.

After incurring a stress fracture in my right foot while training for the MCM in 2005, I've needed to run in custom orthotics. In general, they have worked fairly well, but as I slowly migrated to a more minimalist running shoe, I found that the fit of the orthotics was compromised and I started having problems using them. After researching online for alternate insoles, I found the Sole brand of products and purchased a pair as a testcase. The heat moldable process was very simple to follow and now, after two weeks of wearing them daily, I can say that they have made the wearing of my minimalist running shoes far more comfortable that I had been experiencing. I highly recommend this product if you have any issues with the standard insoles which typically come with a running shoe or if you need something more compliant with the shape of your foot.

These are really comfortable footbeds! I have always used superfeet, but finally tried a pair of these and I love them. For long days on my feet, I have found myself using these every time lately. They work in shoes that have a removable insole and a roomier fit.

Very comfortable footbed that conforms to your feet. Superfeet are great too, but these seem a bit thicker and more substantial. I have used these in a pair of everyday boots, and in plastic mountaineering boots. As long as you have enough volume in the boot for your feet to fit comfortably, they are an excellent upgrade.

it gives me a perfect fitting after molding. but I found this is also a nice foobed without molding.

I have extremely bad plantar fasciitis from running track in high school and college. I need arch support in order to relieve my pain. If I don't have the support I get sever pain from all day trips in my ski boots. I am an advanced/expert level skier. 50-75 ski days per year, both backcountry and resort. These inserts are wonderful. You throw them in the oven, heat them up, take them out, insert them in the boot and put your foot in...whala. I highly recommend before spending hundreds of dollars on orthotics. I've researched other brands in this price range and these are by far the best.

I was prescribed fitted orthopedic insoles by my orthopedic surgeon due to plantar fascitis and splay foot. They actually made my pain a lot worse and I could hardly walk anymore. I saw the Sole Softec Response and the Sole Signature EV Ultra advertised on the net and was desperate enough to give them a try. Best decision I could have made! They turned out to be a life saver! My situation requires that I am on my feet almost constantly; and with these soles,I am able to get through my days practically pain-free. My suggestion to people with severe foot pain would be to try these first, before spending a fortune on orthopedic insoles.

I have a pair from a couple of years ago (older version) and I've worn them in just about all of my shoes (from casual to dress to running, basketball, and soccer) - and they've been great - very comfortable and super durable. Great Insoles!
