Great support
December 20, 2011
I pronate and have flat feet so these are the inserts I use in the Asics Kayano women's running shoes and in several other sport shoes such as the Saloman Techamphibian 2. They are long-lasting and have excellent arch support and cushioning. I have several different kinds of Sole inserts for different kinds of shoes and they all work very well.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great valueHighly recommended

I've been using Sole footbeds for over four years, all day comfort and durability can't be beat. Purchased this pair to use in my motorcycle racing boots!
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of useCheck Out Superfeet Green As Well
April 11, 2011
Best if you can check out the Superfeet Green as well. I tried both, but the Superfeet worked out a bit better for me. Personally, I was not too keen on the baking of the footbeds. Cheers.
Pros: Build quality, Ease of useLow profile effective footbed
April 06, 2011
Would suggest this brand over others do to the firm support and lower volume profile. This is most valuable when you have a close fitting shoe. My Asic tennis shoe fits snug and close. These Sole footbeds fit and support better in the shoe than other brads of out the box footbeds (Super****). Heated molding offers subtle customization and would like the have better process to adjust for the pronating/supinating foot.
Pros: Build quality, Performance, Ease of useNo more plantar fasciitis
March 04, 2011
I run marathons and have been plagued by plantar fasciitis for almost two years. I have used custom orthotics, I've taped my feet, I've stretched, I've slept with the boots on all in combincation. Nothing seemed to help. I bought the Sole Signature Series Dk Response inserts and felt an immediate difference. I am now training for Boston and I'm doing 10, 15, and 20 milers with no pain. I will buy another set just to make sure I don't go without these great inserts.
Pros: Great design, Performance, Ease of use, Great valueThickness is only on the Toe
January 23, 2011
I really wanted to write a review for this product because I found out too late that all Sole Footbeds are the same thickness on the heel. The differing thickness options are only for the toe area. This is important to consider if you are using the footbeds with heavy socks or light socks (winter or summer). Other than that, I find the footbeds pretty good. But I don't recommend heating and forming them to your foot. Just let them take on the shape of your foot through wear. It is easier and more reliable than heating and forming.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of use, Great valueGood running inserts
September 23, 2010
I have used Sole inserts before in a pair of combat boots, but never in running shoes. These inserts were true to size and fit in my shoes easily. The heated molding process was as I remembered it and worked fine, but after a few days in my runners, I repeated the process to get them to fit a bit better. I also put the inserts in my work shoes to break them in a bit faster. These inserts provide a good deal of arch suport, so if you are not used to having that extra "lift" in your shoes, it may take a few wearings to get used to the feel, and you may get a few days of mild arch pain. Mine went away quickly and I wil continue to use these inserts in my running shoes.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of useINCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!

These footbeds were everything I hoped they would be, and more. I have plantar fasciitis, and ever since that pain began, there has not been a single day of jogging or walking (or even standing or sitting still) without pain...until this morning. I heated the footbeds in the oven, as instructed (my husband and daughter thought I was nuts!), and after standing on the toasty footbeds in my shoes for 2 minutes (an amazing sensation I never wanted to end!), my feet were feeling pure bliss! I'm considering ordering another pair for my non-running sneakers, just because they are THAT comfortable. I'm normally in a hurry to get my shoes off as soon as I get in after a run, but not now. I didn't want to take my shoes off because my feet felt so cushioned and cared for with these footbeds. I would recommend these to anyone with any foot ailments or arch issues who need more cushioning or better support in their athletic shoes for any sort of activity, or to anyone who wants a seriously comfortable run. These are really fantastic, folks. Worth every penny. I am definitely on Team Karno!!!!

Excellent support for running shoes

I have worn DK sole footbeds for several years. This model fits well in the women's Asics Gel-Kayano. It provides excellent arch support (I have fallen arches) and good cushioning while still leaving the proper amount of room in the shoe.
Great service and great insoles, thanks.

super fast free shipping, i got them in a day and a half across the country WOW! these are my favorite insoles - originally got them from a hardcore running store. Used to have Reg SOLE Response, now have the DK's. My feet love them. And I think they actually help align and support the rest of my body. Use them regularly for running, tennis, and everyday use.
Perfect insole for running!

I am a 55 year old distance runner and I also stand on concrete all day. These insoles give me the fit, comfort and support I need. They mold perfectly to your feet. They don't take up much space in your shoes. I have tried many different types of insoles.
AMAZING
