After much research over months, the best helmet I found for airsoft was this one since it looked just like a special forces helmet and it protected the ears from bb hits. It would need a helmet cover that overlaps the ears since I can see the gray center ear foam would not stop a bb. I have not played airsoft with it yet, but have tested it with ESS Profile goggles with vertex clip and the iron mask all together. Terms I suppose airsofters are familiar with. They worked well together. Definitely a good buy for airsoft off the beaten track. It is designed for wakeboarding, but actually protects against bb hits better than real airsoft helmets. Go figure.

These are great for kayaking. My husband wears an xl and his was a perfect fit. I measured my head and ordered a medium. It was too big so I exchanged it for a small which was too small. I had to change to an Ace Wake Helmet in a medium and it fits great. I suggest calling or using the live chat to inquire about a size before you order. The turnaround time is fast. So if you need to return for an exchange it will happen quickly.

Great helmet for the price. I read several reviews that said this helmet ran large, but i wore the exact size according to the size chart. But beware! This is considered a safety item so there are no returns!

I was looking for a helmet that would cover me for skiing, wake boarding, water skiing, kayaking, etc. This helmet fit the bill. Since the B2 line spans across multiple sports, it only made sense to go with the one with the waterproof liner. I fully tested it on my latest ski trip when I had a "sports equipment explosion" on one of my crashes. It worked out great and prevented a headache for the rest of the afternoon.

This is the first helmet I have ever bought and I am very happy with it. Would definitely buy it again because it looks great and it gives me the confidence to try new tricks. Thought the ear flaps would look dumb but barely notice them and they saved me a couple times on hard falls, would recommend them for wakeboarding. NOTE:I measured myself for a large on the chart, but I bought a medium when I read another customer review saying this model ran large. It fits great so keep that in mind and try it on if you can before buying!
