nice but not perfect

The belt is empire height, but that isn't the biggest flaw. The pockets tend to gape and make you look even hippier, which is not so good with a cinched in waist. I am a normal patagonia medium, and this fits OK. the sleeves are long (I'm used to this as I have short arms) and the wrap overlap isn't very generous. So if you want the wrap look, consider sizing up. On sale, it is a good deal (full price, not so much). I have it in off white/cream and gray/blue, and the cream color is the nicer of the 2.

Pros: comfy, nice fabric
Cons: pockets gape

comfortable

it feels luscious, and makes me feel good wearing it. I bought it to wear over a Patagonia tank dress, and thankfully the gray tones match quite well, making a nice casual ensemble.

Pros: high quality construction
Cons: belt rides at "empire" height not waist

Fantastic jacket
January 02, 2012

Probably one of the best clothing purchases I have made this year. I can wear this to work but yet it is still casual enough to wear on the weekends for errands. Great for travel. Folds easily and shakes out with minimal wrinkling. Not sure I'd be as happy with it at full price, but definitely on sale it is worth it.

Pros: great style and cut
