Great jeans
January 03, 2012
I bought these for my husband who is tall and lean. I originally bought a size 31, but those were way too tight (he usually wears a 31 OR a 32). I reordered him the 32s and they fit his waist and butt very well, but he was surprised that the "regular" fit was so baggy. He said that they fit and feel like his Ben Davis pants. These look comfy and will likely stretch a bit.
Pros: Build quality, Ease of usePatagonia regular fit organic cotton jeans
December 31, 2011
Excellent quality and style. I bought a pair, tried them and bought a second pair. The cotton denim material is soft, unlke the stiff feel of many jeans. I like the dark indigo color which makes them suitable for both work or casual - go well with a balzer. I washed them in the "cold' cycle the first few times and there was no noticable shrink.I bought the small, 30" inseam because although 5"10, my legs are not long. They cost more, but worth the money. Marine352
Pros: Great design, Build qualityGreat jeans.

These jeans are great. Typically I do not wear jeans, I tend to prefer shorts or cargo pants, however I am just as comfortable wearing these jeans. They are not too tight and not too loose. The denim feels very durable, yet comes straight from the box very soft. I would definitely recommend these jeans. I definitely feel like the denim used for these jeans is softer and more durable than the denim used in other brands jeans.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Ease of use, Great valueGreat Jeans

Only had these jeans for a couple of weeks but they are great. Very comfortable and appear to be well made. Color is slightly darker than pictured, which fits my taste. Also the fit is slightly larger than expected. Neither of these would stop me from buying another pair.
Pros: Build quality, comfortGreat pair of jeans
October 10, 2011
These are the perfect pair of wear anytime jeans. They feel great and look good too. I always seem to be grabbing these as my first choice jeans. I've had them for just over a year and they still look great. No real fading in the knees or thighs and they haven't worn thing anywhere either. Just another great product from Patagonia.
Pros: Build quality, Lasts forever, Great valuesolid jean

Good jeans. Soft and very flexible. Dark, solid color without fading weird washed patterns which is unusual today. No shine or coating like some other jeans.
Pros: Build quality, Ease of useFinally a good fit

I own the Patagonia Workender jeans and have never truly loved them. At last Patagonia has redesigned their pants with a little more length in the legs and room in the seat. Very soft, comfortable, and a pleasing new color. Highly recommended.
Pros: Great design, Build qualityGreat jeans

I've had these jeans for a few months now. They've held up well since I first got them. Unfortunately, I started to do some more running and the like and have since lost weight, so they don't fit as well as they did. That being said, if you're at a weight you're likely to stay at, I think they're great. I hate having to cinch them up with a belt. Looks like I'll have to get some more. This (personal) drawback does not affect the quality of the jeans though. If I blindly compared the Patagonia ones with ANY other pair in my closet, I can always tell which ones they are because (1) the denim is heavy and thick (high quality), (2) the color is uniform throughout, (3) the feel is a bit better than w/ other jeans. The price is cringe-inducing if you're used to buying lower-quality jeans. I think they're the type of jeans that are worth at least trying once, though. If you can try them on locally, that would be best, but I don't think you'd be disappointed to get a pair yourself. The worst that could happen would be that you have to send them back. The button-up fly (at least on my size) is kind of strange. Definitely takes some getting used to. I do, however, wish there were a lighter blue color. Maybe next year, Patagonia?
Pros: Build quality, Lasts forever, Ease of usegood

Nice jeans! The well-cut jeans is very fit for me. It is a paire of jeans for dailylife wearing made from high quality organic cotton, which will not make you feel uncomfortable after your wearing several times.
February 27, 2011
Great jeans! Tighter fit than the older patagonia jeans but are really comfortable and durable! These jeans are a litlle pricey but will last a long time for shure.
Pros: Build quality, Lasts forevergoing to buy two.
February 14, 2011
I don't usually wear jeans but I'm glad I bought these. I'll probably end up wearing these all the time. As advertised, it's not too loose or too baggy. The grey ones have a bit of a flex so it's great if you're going to move around lots. To be honest, I really don't have anything bad to say about these jeans. Well, not to mention, it is a Patagonia. I'm 5 foot 9, 170 pounds and I bought the short version in a waist 33.
Pros: Great design, Build qualityBest Jeans Ever
February 05, 2011
I've worn Levis for 40 + years but I will never go back after putting on these jeans. They have the softness and feel of your favorite pair of jeans that you've had for years right out of the package. After reading that it takes 2 lbs. of pesticides to make 1 pair of non-organic cotton jeans I decided to switch. You won't find another company out there selling organic cotton jeans for a lower price. Cudos to Patagonia
Pros: Build quality, Great valueStyle and green
January 05, 2011
These jeans have both style and are green-something not so easy to find. They have a rather tight fit, not too tight but probably not for someone with a beer belly. I prefer them to the relaxed which I find to be way too big. I chose these over other jeans because of the green factor-organic cotton, they can be recycled, patagonia is cutting edge environmental, and they give 1% of there profits back to non-profits working for a greener or more socially responsible world. Highly recommended!
Pros: Great design, Build qualitypretty good
December 28, 2010
Not bad, just didn't care for the color. Also, didn't like the button fly. However, they did fit true to size.
Pros: Build qualityStraight Fit
December 18, 2010
These are great jeans if you're looking for a straight fit and slightly light cloth weight. These are incredibly comfortable and had the cuffs been a little bit wider I would have gladly kept them.
Pros: Build quality, Lasts foreverNice pair of jeans
December 16, 2010
As far as jeans go, these fit me pretty well. Jeans are so different that you really need to try them on before buying the. One brand's regular fit is different from the next brand's regular fit. The length might be a little on the short side but the waist seems to be pretty close to correct. Only gripe is the button fly but it's not a bid deal. They are very soft and comfortable right off the rack but like shoes, you should probably try them on first.
Pros: Great designExpensive but worth it
November 15, 2010
These are the best jeans I own. They are best for around town use because the denim is not thick. However the little bit of spandex they put in the fabric make them extra soft and comfortable. The fit is true. I am 6' 185 lbs and I wear a 34 waist 34 inseam. I bought the gray color and have received numerous positive comments on the pants. The worst part for me is the button fly, but that is because I am more of a zipper guy. These are a sure thing!!!!
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of useNovember 12, 2010
I'm a big fan of Patagonia's Duck Pants, so I like these since they are essentially a denim version. They fit like I expected, so if you've worn pants from Patagonia before you should be happy. I've never tried the relaxed fit version, but the regular fit is great for me since I have skinny legs.
Pros: Great design, Build qualitynice and soft, but a bit short
November 10, 2010
I bought the gray denim. it's soft and stretchy and fairly lightweight. be advised that the inseam runs a little short. i got the 32" inseam and it was closer to 31". quality seems to be on par with $200+ jeans.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Great valueGood Jeans but snug fit
November 04, 2010
They are nice quality and everything but the regular fit are kind of snug for me. I'm going to go with the relaxed fit instead.
Just a Great Pair of Jeans
October 27, 2010
Patagonia's new Regular Fit Organic Cotton jeans fit well in a generally straight-leg, kinda fitted sort-of-way. Not much extra material here, especially around the hips and upper leg. But the organic cotton denim is soft, comfortable and the construction is seemingly durable. Was thrilled to find that they are offered in a Long inseam length. The Dark Wash color works for everyday garage and outdoor duties, but also fits the bill for nice evenings out and even those slightly more than casual affairs. Mine are still getting broken in, but I'm really digging these jeans. Practical, yet sophisticated. Worth the $$.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great valueAs Advertised
October 10, 2010
These jeans are good. Pretty lightweight material with a little stretch, which makes them real comfortable. They're not gonna hold up to work abuse, but didn't get them for that. The fit is true to size, about the same as levi's 501's. They definitely shrink up a decent amount the first wash, so don't worry if they're a tad loose or a bit long when you take them out of the package.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, comfortableGreat Jeans
September 17, 2010
Can't comment on durability, they are new. The look and fit is awesome. The dark gray color makes them versatile.
A fantastic pair of jeans
July 15, 2010
Simple, easy, not too thick, not too thin. A really cool pair of jeans that will last, like pretty much every Patagonia item.
Soft and Comfy
June 09, 2010
This is my second pair of Patagonia jeans, the first being the Workenders in blue. I got these in Grey, which seems to be the son-of-Workender, since they no longer call them that. Regardless, these jeans are the softest denim (without being stone-washed) that exists. I love all their organic cotton products. No breaking in required; they just feel well worn the first time. Sizing is a little generous, in a good way. Roomy without being baggy, slim without being tight. (I'm in my mid-50s, and baggy or slim would just look ridiculous on someone my age.) I would point out one thing under the specifications: this has button fly and not a zip fly. Although I never buy button fly, I like these enough to tolerate it. I would have rated it 5 stars had it been zippered.
Slim fit, comfortable and stylish
May 27, 2010
These are great jeans if you want a more traditional cut. I would only recommend them if you are comfortable with a slimmer fit.
Awkward fit but great quality
March 25, 2010
Ordered my usual size in the dark wash, and the fit was interesting- way too tight in the hips and waist, but baggy in the lower legs. The quality of this pair is superb, and the fabric is comfortable. However, the buttons on the fly are too much of a hassle (three of them instead of a zipper!)- ultimately returned these to Patagonia.
Great Jeans
February 27, 2010
Awesome pair of jeans that break in nicely. Ordered one size up for a more relaxed fit.
Best Jeans Ever!
February 26, 2010
Great fit, slightly fuller than 501, great fabric and detail. Very comfortable! Only pair of jeans you will need....but I'm buying a second pair!
Good quality
February 08, 2010
Seems like a good quality, basic jean that'll last a long time. No glam or glitz on the pockets, but that's not the goal for these jeans.
Good jeans
January 26, 2010
These are well made, good fit, & recycle-able!
favorite pair of jeans
January 20, 2010
I love these jeans. Fit true to size and even though they are slim, still fit pretty well. Levi's 501's are too slim for me, but these fit very comfortably around the leg, for comparison. Ready to buy another pair in the dark gray now since I love them.
Light Material
December 31, 2009
The Regular Fit Jeans are not as durable as the workender jeans, lighter material, you'll feel a breeze. The fit is good (contemporary) but very snug in hip area. The organic cotton is a big plus, which feels soft.
Slim fit
December 30, 2009
My fiancee needed to upgrade a size because they fit slimmer.
Superb
September 04, 2009
