Frankly, this hat let me down a bit. This would be top notch form any other vendor, but from Patagonia it's mediocre. The materials and color are nice, but the fit is a little off -- it's a little "poofy" around the top. That said, if you've got a really big head, this is your hat. Small and medium-size heads may want to choose another hat...

I bought this hat because I'm very athletic and like the fact that it is breathable and lightweight. It doesnt even feel like you have a hat on. Also the back is easy to adjust when someone else wants to wear it.excellent material would recommend.

This is the second time I have purchased this hat for my outdoorsman son. The hat is lightweight and wears very well. He likes them so much, he barely wants to take them off

This hat runs a little small, I bought the medium for a male friend. But the fabric is very light-weight and perfect weight for working out or hiking or biking with it on. The hat dries quickly and also looks great on.
