I took the bag on a weekend canoe trip and it came through fine. Everything stayed dry and the bag is tough enough I don't expect it to rip anytime soon.

A well made product that has worked well so far. My wife flipped her kayak yesterday and everything stayed dry. There was no instructions for the closing of the bag. We figured out for ourselves to dampen the clear plastic strips before rolling up and closing to form a waterproof seal.

My first thought when I received the bag was whoa, that's way too big (large). But the way the end seals and rolls up to shrink the length way down, it worked out perfect (and allows for other items to be added later if I choose). Very durable, takes all the scratches from brushes like nothing, and keeps out any and all water. Can even use for a water bucket if you choose.

I am a new kayaker and it sometimes is hard to keep things dry and within reach when kayaking. The tuff sack is great, I ordered the large, and I can get all kinds of things inside including an extra jacket, cell phone, etc. I was also pleased with the free shipping and prompt delivery!

This Tuff Sack Dry Bag (large)is perfect to stuff my sleeping bag, sheet and pillow into and still have plenty of room to fold the appropiate times for complete waterproofing.
