Overall a great product. Mountain Hardware is the best out there. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an outdoor short. I have not used it in the filed quite yet but assume it will wear very well.

Love the fit of the Wildlands shorts. The Mountain Hardware shorts are tough and perfect for hiking. The have great pockets that hold your gear and also they have little vents in them for draining water if you take a quick dip in the water. I got the large and I am 6' and they fit nice...they definetly give me a little room to breath and are not sized to small. Overall a great pair of shorts and I would definetly recommend a pair.

I like these shorts a lot. I had a pair of Mountain Hardware shorts that lasted me for years and was trying to replicate the experience, and these come close. The integrated belt is a great feature for those of us who don't want to wear a separate belt or have an elastic waistband on our weekend and outdoor shorts. The length is great and the material is sturdy.

First off, these shorts are very styling and are light and breathable for those warm and humid days. I was looking for a replacement of some discontinued shorts from another company, and my search is over. I spend 99% of my free time in shorts since I now live in a warm and humid climate. I feel dry and crisp all day long in these shorts and heavy cotton shorts just don't work for me in this climate. I could not be more happy with my purchase of these shorts and my continued shopping experience with Altrec.

I had been on a search for a pair of shorts that fit the complete bill of breathability, durability and comfort. SEARCH NO MORE. I wear these shorts everyday to work as a landscape contractor in the southeast. The weather here is extremely warm and humid in the summer and thunderstorms are common on any given day. I needed something I could get wet in and not stay wet. The fabric breathes well and as an added bonus there is no mesh liner in the seat of these shorts. The stitching and fabric are quality, as they have seemed to hold up very well to daily washings for 2 months now with no issues. Hope Mountain Hardware will keep these in the mix!!!

I am very happy with these shorts. They are extremely comfortable and great for pretty much any outdoor activity. Material is lightweight, but also durable. You can't go wrong.
