Lightweight and durable

Marmot is the name in down sleeping bags so If you buy this you wont be disappointed, but there are some facts that may help you make your purchase decision. snap closure draft tube works great and is perfect when you are pushing the boundaries of the bag, hood baffles are equally functional and also very comfortable. Interior storage pocket is a bit difficult to get to and small but could store a headlamp or a snack. Fabric feels very durable and is silicon infused meaning that it will shed water easier on the outside, be aware if you are a sweaty sleeper this may cause the interior to retain more moisture. Stuff size is always one of the most important features for me and unfortunately this bag stays pretty large for 800-fill down. what you get with this extra size is a durable bag with all the bells and whistles you will ever need and tons of room inside. Overall a great bag
Very light and packable

When i fist received these bags in the mail i was thinking....how could these possibly pack down to 7.5 x 13!! sure enough they do and pretty easily.... enough so that i can fit my packed filo in the stuff sack with the bag!!! the bag is very comfortable and mateable, which is great with a lady friend. The foot box is amazing it definitely keeps those toes warm. This is my first bag, I like quality, and don't see a problem spending the money for a good product when you know it will last. If your thinking about getting this bag..... press the add to cart, then buy it. You wont regret it!!!!
I made the right choice with this sleeping bag.

At this point this new bag purchase has done exactly what I was hoping to achieve. I'm going from older heavier gear to new light and compact. This bag with the 800 fill down is lightweight and compacts nicely taking less space in my backpack. I'm a winter backpacker so I haven't tried it in the field as yet. However, I did crawl inside to check fit, I'm 6'2" & 200lbs, and this long bag is just the ticket and even allowed me to bend my knees some while on my side. Excellent fit. Now all I need now is some 15 to 20 degree temps and I'm good to go.
Great Sleeping Bag!

I just purchased this goose-down bag and used it on a 6 day backpack trip to Mt. Whitney. The temperatures were from 35-40 degrees at night. We got rain and hail for several nights and even though my bag got wet from my ground tarp and condensation in my tent, it still kept me warm. The zipper on this bag never jammed or got stuck and this bag packs compact. There is plenty of shoulder and foot room in this bag and is very comfortable. I can't wait to see how this bag performs in 20 to 25 degree weather.
