The construction of these chairs is really great. So if u want the chair for a toddler, buy it. Will work great. We purchased these chairs for our 7 year old grandsons and the chairs are way to small. Not comfortable to sit in and would not get and time out of the gift. In a few months time they wouldn't be able to sit in them. Recommend for a toddler or up to age 4 if a small child. No good for a child that weighs 50/60 lbs.
