Really warm jersey

The first time I wore this thermal-type jersey was in 40-45 degree, partly cloudy and windy weather. I wore it with an underlayer and a wind jacket. Previously, I'd wear a summer-weight short-sleeve jersey (with arm warmers) with the same combination of under and outer layers and be a little cold. I actually was too hot with the Louis Garneau jersey! So, next time I will drop the underlayer, and I think that will be a great combination. I'm guessing I wouldn't want to wear it above 55 or so degrees, which is fine because I can easily dress for that. I'm 5'4", normal weight, and the medium fits great--not too tight--with the underlayer.
