Durable handsome Venice sandal

I love the design of these Keene sandals, simple, yet protect the feet from toe stubs, rocks and twisted ankles. The one small problem is the side holes which let water out crossing streams on a hike, but unfortunately also let in those little creek bottom pebbles. That's no problem with the shoe, just the reality of water/stream crossing shoes. The toggle as opposed to laces makes these easy on/off. I ordered a size 7 and should have ordered a 7.5 so they were a little bit short in the length. These are really great hiking shoes for the desert, which is what I wanted them for. Lots of support.

I bought this leather sandal as an 'out of water' alternative to the nylon-strapped river sandal. I can not believe how comfortable these are. I am finding myself wearing these everyday, even tho it is winter! The sizing seems to be spot-on and the protection around the toe box is adequate. I'm not a big guy, so I don't wear shoes out too frequently. However, the way this shoe is constructed I'll be wearing these for years to come. I was impressed how quickly I received the sandals. We are leaving for destinations south soon and will continue to live in these.

I purchased these sandals for my 80 yr. old father-in-law. He wears them daily and prefers them over any other footwear. People come up to him and ask him if he likes his as much as they like there Keens. He's really getting a kick out of it!! I have a pair of Keens and they are the most comfortable sandals that I have ever worn.

This is my second pair of Keen shoes purchased thru Altrec, and these are the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn. They feel like an air cushion under your feet, the next best thing to being barefoot. Altrec, is great to shop with, good selection and fast shipping.

The Venice Sandal is good for just about anything. Although I bought them to take to Alaska for stream crossings, I wear them river rafting, kayaking and at the beach. They are also great to throw on to go to town.

This is the third pair of Keen Venice sandals I have ordered for my husband. He is in love with them. His first pair is 4 years old and they have been used for fishing nearly everyday from early spring until the snow flies. They are still wearable but not quite pretty enough for walking around town. Pair #2 are two years old. They are pristine but when I said I saw a pair on sale, he jumped at the chance to have a pair waiting on the shelf.

These are my first Keens and they are excellent for heavy duty use. I brought them to Florida and used them in the water. They dried out each night and were ready for the next day

I already own a pair of Keen's with open toes and wanted more protection for camping and was not disappointed with the purchase. They are as comfortable as sneakers and cool as sandals.

I bought these Keens to replace an aging set of Timberland sandals that I use for sea kayaking. The Keens fit great, are very comfortable and offer great traction on wet surfaces. VERY HIGH quality construction. Love them!

The feel, quality and comfort of these Keens are even better than what I expected. After a short amount of time I realized that one sandal was larger than the other though they are marked as the same size. But, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS IMMEDIATE!!! They are sending a shipping label and helping me to get into these excellent sandals as soon as possible. Can't recommend Keens and Altrec enough!
