Nice SPD sandal
May 22, 2012
The mens commuter bike shoe is very sturdy for a sandal. It has a firm platform for function and durability, and I also like the ease of adjustment for a firm fit, but then release it to walk comfortably in. Also it is cool to ride in and looks cool as well.
Pros: good functionability, great for comfort to take a casual strollKeen commuter bike shoe

I have had several pair of Keens which during the summer are used daily. One of the problems with Keens is the back strap coming apart. With that said I am hoping that that the velcro strap stops this problem. As far as comfort and ease of cleaning, Keens are number one. I wish they would make a shoe like the sandals but with ventilated material. Once again for ease of cleaning during the summer and something that would keep the sticks and stones out.
Good Recreational and Touring Shoe
July 11, 2011
These are comfortable and cool. The stiff sole plate provides relatively good cleat support. The sandle style does not provide a performance fit for strong spinning, but better than expected. Comfortable and good support for walking. I ordered the size 15 based on the product discriptions 1/2 size smaller fit, but found they ran pretty true to the size of my other Keen shoes. Overall good shoes for warmer weather recreational riding and touring.
Pros: cool, comfortableComfortable and Good use for all weather

We use this shoe to ride a bike in Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and etc., Good use in all weather including rainy. Design and material makes it good do not have any problem with foot, shoes pinch, bad smelling, easy to put on shoes and especially quick dry when you get wet so it's worth for price and for using. Now not only me use it but our family use it and we love it. Only one thing that we worried is it might be lose when we take shoes off.
Pros: bicycle tour leaderExactly What I Wanted
February 18, 2011
These Keen's Commuter Bike Shoes are exactly what I wanted. I have worn Keen's bike shoes for a little over two years and have logged over 3,500 miles of riding while wearing them. I have worn them on two summer tours totalling over 1,000 miles and have worn them commuting to work and back for the past two years. They have proven comfortable both on the bike and when walking in them. Keen has made an important improvement in this latest commuter shoe by including a strap across the top of the foot that can be adjusted for fit and comfort. Now the shoe stays as tight as you want throughout your ride or hike without the need to tighten the draw string repeatedly. The closed toe on the shoe provides protection to my feet and allows me to ride with them throughout the year in all but the very worst weather. I have found that it can be a bit difficult to find a pair of shoe covers that fit over these shoes, but keeping your feet dry and warm can be accomplished by purchasing a pair of waterproof socks which fit nicely in the Keen's commuter shoes. I have already put some 200 miles on my new pair and am absolutely pleased with them. I am planning a week long bike tour in March and look forward to wearing these shoes. The only other footwear I bring with me is a light weight pair of flip flops to wear around camp. Otherwise, these Keen's commuter shoes are all I need. I would really recommend these shoes, and for you folks who have never tried a pair of biking sandals - give these shoes a shot and I am confident you find them much more comfortable and that you will not regret buying them.
