This glove fits very well. I have pretty large hands (my hand measures 8 1/2 to 8 3/4 inches around widest part of palm) and went with the XL size. The only downside is they are a little boxy at the wrist. Doesn't fit tight and is a bit open around the wrists (I have about a 7 1/2 inch wrist circumference). Breathes well yet provides a little warmth on those cooler mornings either running or cycling.
