These were amazing, light and warm and soft like all ibex products - too bad the seams ripped the second time I wore them! If ibex changed the design or construction to make them more durable I would absolutely buy them again.

These gloves are great! I was looking for gloves for both myself and my mom that would keep our hands warm while leaving dexterity intact--I use mine for cold mornings and nights backpacking (the gloves are thin enough to use a camping stove, set up a tent, etc), and she uses hers for tapping birch trees during the Alaskan spring. In the winter we can both put them under other gloves for extra warmth. (I got an X-Small and they are slightly big, but I have very small hands.)

Used them for winter hiking, running and biking. Stretches and fits very well, and true to the size. It's designed to be a thin liner (not heavy duty), so the durability depends on what you use them for. I have used them as standalone gloves for the above mentioned activities for one full season and it shows no sign of wear. It's not super expensive anyway, so you can get another pair if it wears out.

These glove liners fit well and are true to size. They are not bulky and fit well under larger outer gloves. Can be worn alone to keep the chill off. Wool is very comfortable.

I had a pair for years that I used just to cover the skin on my hands and while walking in colder weather. I lost one of the gloves and was so upset. I bought two pair just in case. These are great as a liner and stand alone. They are perfert for those chilly days when a heavy glove is to much but you still need something on your hand.

I love merino wool for it's comfort and warmth and now to have that in a pair of glove liners is great. I like the slim fit, stretch design as it fits well inside my normal gloves. If your out backpacking, you can wear just the liners on cold mornings while fixing breakfast or just packing up your gear. That's not always easy to do when wearing heavier gloves. I bought these on recomendation of a friend and glad I did. Great product.

I have small hands and spend a lot of winter looking for gloves that fit (kid's gloves are too short in the finger). These are the ones! Although they are called liners, I have worn them on some very cold Chicago days and they're just great. I bought the XS and the fit is perfect (usually I wear a size 5 women's glove). I washed them once after getting coffee on them and they came out just fine, but it's line-dry, not the dryer.

These are typical of Ibex products, well designed,well made and good performers. Ive used them under different cycling gloves in 30-40 degree temperatures and my hands have been extremely warm and comfy even after extended rides. They are neatly made and slip inside the cycling gloves easily. The best thing is ive used them several times and they dont really stink up at all. A must have in cycling gear bag!

I absolutely love these glove liners! They are the perfect weight. They keep your hands warm and dry, and they even work as stand alone gloves if you know you are going to work up a sweat. I bought a second pair! I also have a pair of Patagonia glove liners, but I like these so much more. They fit my fingers better, and the weight and material is so much nicer.

I was very pleased with the quality and comfort of these gloves. They are very thin, which is exactly what I was looking for, but don't buy them if you are looking for a standalone glove.

I love these glove liners. They keep my hands warm on days that are not too cold. If the temperature drops, I wear them with heavier gloves. For Wash D.C. weather they work just fine. The size M fits my size 7 glove hands.

Bottom line I personally should have purchased the Ibex Shak liner glove, it is a bit more beefer (tofuer). Some of you may want a very thin soft wool liner and this would be for you but the Shak liner would be more durable also due to the density of the wool.

They fit very well, seams are unobtrusive and flat, nice design. I bought a pair in black then a second pair in Titanium gray after I received the first pair. Perfect.

These are nice gloves but they didn't work for me. I'm a 5'10" female with long fingers and the mediums were at least 1/2" too short for me. Based on all the great reviews, I'm wondering if my pair was off or if my fingers are longer than I thought. I also wish there was a way they could make the fingertips seamless. Maybe I just noticed that though because I kept pulling them down to get them to be long enough. Unlike other reviews, I also didn't think they fit well under slimmer fitting gloves.

My son is in the marching band and needed thin gloves to wear that would not interfere with playing his instrument (or show under his "uniform" gloves). These are warm enough for autumn and fit very snugly so they suit his purposes. He has very small hands for a teenager, and the extra small fit fine. The only complaint he had was that if they get wet, they stay wet and get cold in a hurry. I have washed these once and they held their shape -- did not put in the dryer, although I believe the tag said that is okay.

These gloves are perfect for when you want something lightweight (but warm) under your bulkier mittens. I have small hands (sz 5-6, Women's)and the XS in Men's fit perfectly on my hands and under my mittens. They are very soft and fit so perfectly that you can easily manipulate zippers, buttons, etc without taking them off, which is a real perk when it is freezing outside!

this is the best one for camera when it is very cold weather. i do not need to take my glove off. if you use common fleece glove, it's warm but bulky and you can not use your camera or cell phone.

These are great glove liners. They are warm and light, and offer excellent dexterity. I use them alone when photographing in chilly conditions. I combine them with fingerless mittens in cold weather, and with Outdoor Research Gore Tex mittens - with chemical heaters - when it's REALLY cold. I am very pleased with these liiners.

These are excellent gloves for training running, when temps drop down to ~35F. They are thin, yet provide excellent amount of insulation when you are doing active sports. I've also used them under snowboard gloves, and they provide good amount of warmth while being comfortable due to their non-bulky-ness. I have a small hole developed under my left palm, and Ibex has provided a replacement without charge. So definitely, you need to be a bit careful with them. But the holes don't affect function and they haven't gotten bigger yet. Overall, highly recommended if you expect your gear to get reasonable amount of wear and tear on them.

I wore these on a recent snowboarding trip to Heavenly in Tahoe, CA. The first day temps were between 25 and 40 degrees, the second day high of 20, and the third day was nearly 60. So we got a little bit of everything for weather. The first day they were all I needed with an outershell for water protection. The second day I did need fleece gloves between the liners and shell and the third day I was down to just the outershell. Overall these liners were great - exactly what I wanted and expected. They kept my hands dry and warm for snowboarding. Since I am from SC I expected cold hands on the very cold day.

These gloves are extremely thin. They provide poor insulation by themselves. Save your money and try something else. I bought gloves that were five dollars while on a trip that did much better. If you want great looking gloves, then these Ibex will suit you. Since they are so thin, you can handle DSLR equipment with ease. My hands are especially sensitive during cold weather so my review is based off of cold hands these gloves failed to keep warm ;) I would not buy these again because they do not provide much protection from the cold. Most thin gloves will be a suitable option. I wish you luck in finding a nice pair of gloves :)

These liners are awesome. They are warm, fit very well and are very comfortable under mittens. Although I have not had them long enough yet to determine durability, they seem to be very well made and should last a long time.

This gloves are thin and fit easily into my other gloves. They are stetched well, comfortable and thin. They are too light to be worn as gloves alone, but they will be great for running in cool weather. Although a little pricey, I'm happy with the purchase.

I bought these gloves to use as an additional liner for some expiedition mittens. They are very warm and great fitting. I normally take a size large, but sized them down to a small for an extra tight fit, they stretch nicely and evenly so fit well in the shells without wanting to come off when removing the shell for greater dexterity.

I find these gloves comfortable, fit nice. f you are boarderline on size buy one size down as they have nice stretch. I like wearing them alone or will use for extra warmth underneath others. They are thin, nicely made Great Buy!

I used this Ibex Glove Liner under my usual bicycle gloves. The Liner is so thin and warm, very useful while go downgrade or a windy day, or use it in late Autumn or early in winter. The quality is great, too.

This is a rock solid pair of gloves. Good quality, well-made, nice fit (I have small hands and gloves usually are too long in the fingertips for me, but these are great). Like the other reviewers have said, they are great for layering. I like to wear them alone sometimes, too. I have Raynaud's, and live in Portland, Oregon. It doesn't get too cold here, but my hands are ALWAYS cold. These are good to wear alone on those days during which most people wouldn't consider wearing gloves, but I need a little extra warmth. Sometimes I even wear them when I'm typing emails and working in my home office. It's pretty dorky to wear gloves while on the computer, but these are sleek enough that I don't feel like a total loser. And whatever, my fingers are warm so that makes me happy! :)

I bought the mediums and the fit was just right. They were fitted and close but not too tight. Sort of like a soft second skin. The gloves are very comfortable and extremely thin, which is what I'm looking for in inserts where I just want an extra layer to wick away moisture. They did a fine job keeping my hands dry and even resisted reasonably to 0 degree windchills for the few minutes I had to remove my gloves to fiddle with a zipper, or readjust my ski boots. Small note about looks, I got the grey ones and the logo looks almost a little purple. This ends up making them look quite feminine if you care about such things. Since I only wear them as a layer under gloves or mitts, it doesn't bother me.

I take my dog out very early on very cold mornings. It is extremely helpful and comforting to have a pair of warm liners for my gloves on the various occasions I have to take my gloves off. These ibex are the most comfortable and form-fitting liners I've ever used. They make it easy to tie boots, unwrap tangled leashes, etc. I have very small hands, but these fit, and stretch for comfort. Purchased on sale and no postage...what a bargain.

I've used Icebreaker and Smartwool merino liners and neither of them are as nice or as durable as the Ibex liners. Ibex's wool is extremely soft. The stretch in these liners make them mold so well to your fingers you forget you have them on. I wear a medium in every other glove, and the Ibex liners in medium fit me perfectly. I use them as light gloves for winter trail running and as liners for skiing and ice climbing. I would guess they add about 10 degrees to whatever you are wearing.

I have been shopping for a pair of casual black gloves. These gloves were so comfortable and not bulky. I went to San Antonio and as I left the restaurant I noticed I couldn't find my gloves. My boyfriend ran back to the restaurant b/c I had left them on the table! That's how much I LOVE these gloves! They are thin enough for me just to do about anything.

These glove liners held their own during my 4 week trip tromping through wintery Europe. They are great on their own on the days not so bitter cold, and are the perfect thickness to wear under a winter/ski glove on the days it is and you need a little extra warmth. They stretched and conformed to my hand perfectly. I have smaller hands, so from the tip of my center finger to the bottom of my palm measures about 6.5 inches and I purchased the XS gloves. They fit great! I have washed them several times and they had a rough go of it, yet they have maintained their shape and have no signs of pilling. This merino wool tops the charts!

I got a pair of these for myself (small; 5'8" 145lb, fairly skinny hands and fingers) and my mom (xs; small frame, probably ~ 5'2" - 5'4"). I've worn them both by themselves and under a pair of Seirus gloves, which they fit surprisingly well under, considering how tight these types of gloves fit. Wearing them while shoveling snow my hands still got cold, but considering how thin both these gloves are and how cold it was out it was an acceptable amount of coldness. Also, considering when I went to take them off it was difficult due to my hands being sweaty, I was shown, not for the first time, how nice wool is for being warm even when wet. My mom asked for mittens for Christmas, because her hands get cold in regular ski gloves. I got her these and the Shak liners to wear inside regular gloves instead, and she wore these while playing with my niece and brothers in the snow, handling the snow with just these on, and she said her hands never got cold. Awesome gloves, whether on their own or in combination with a heavier pair. Based on the guidelines for fitting, I was right on the border between small and medium, so I got these in small and the Shak liners in medium. They both fit great on their own, and the Shak's fit nicely over these. I haven't yet tried both under another, heavier glove, but I imagine it would work fine, as even with both on my fingers are still very free and mobile and there's not a lot of bulk. Only complaint, and a mild one, is that they are, as I mentioned earlier, difficult to get off when wet. Pull-tabs (not sure what they're called) at the ends of a couple of the fingers would really help with this, but might also detract from the comfort, and on gloves this thin/light might not hold up.

Very comfortable, and warm enough to use alone as gloves -- as long as the weather isn't too cold. They also function well as glove liners! I highly recommend them.

great wool liner for your waterproof glove shell or insulating glove. i like how the glove comes way past your wrist area for extra protection/warmth. nice fit for a medium and the stitching from the inside is not annoying like others.

Liners work great. I spend alot of time in the outdoors durring the winter. Winter is my favorite time of year. These gloves fit very well and I like them because they fit nicely into my warmer gloves but as the day goes and I start to warm up they also work very well alone.

Bought to wear under motorcycle gauntlet in freezing temps. Thin enough to allow reasonable flexibility and feel while adding some warmth. Good fit, slight discomfort from seams at fingertips, but not too bad. Worked better for me than polartec (too thick) or polypropylene (not warm enough).
