Great tight
March 01, 2012
These tights are great for running, cycling or just wearing as a base layer for very cold days. At 5'9" 165 lbs with a 31" waist the medium is a bit long, but the waist is comfortable. I work out almost exclusively in Ibex clothing these days and cannot say enough good things about their products.
Pros: Build quality, PerformanceDecember 02, 2011
These tights are incredibly comfortable, warm, and have a great fit. Perfect for lounging, cross country skiing, or going for a run. Love the zip ankle and waistband.

I live in Wisconsin and in winter, you either go out and enjoy the snow or stay in the house and gain weight. I decided to do the former. I wear this pair of pants for Classic and Skate Skiing; either when Mercury is hovering around a freezing temperature, or worse during subzero temperature. The pants regulate the temperature so that once you start sweating, it keeps your legs comfortable and dry. Definitely a keeper!
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Great value, keeps me dryGreat Pants

These pants are fantastic. Warm enough to go running in. Wear under ski pants or just lounging around the house. I've always been a fan of Ibex's products. The wool is nice to wear, wicks away moisture, dries quickly and performs. I hope they last for a long time and if they dont, I'll buy another pair without a doubt.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, PerformanceIf you're a cold weather runner...

This is a great tight! It's very comfortable for temps from 0-35 degrees. The interior is quite soft and comfortable. I will place emphasis on outstanding wicking performance and its ability to regulate temperature - a key feature that synthetics cannot compete. I'm 6'2" and weigh 180 lbs and the L fits perfectly - not too tight and ample leg length. Although initially expensive when compared to synthetics, I think you will find it's worth the price if you appreciate performance, quality and comfort.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, PerformanceGreat tights for winter sport

I bought these wool tights for XC skiing and they have worked really well. My legs stay warm for the hour or two that I go out and even after they get wet with snow. The wool really helps you stay warm and feel dry. I did not notice any wind coming through them either. They are very stretchy and allow lots of movement. No compression quality to them at all. I am 5'11" about 168 lbs with a 32 waist and the Medium fits a little bit large but stays where it should when on. The rubber grips at the leg openings are a great idea and work well, too. I also use these for running in the cold and they perform well. I have not worn them with any other layers but I imagine they would be very warm under pants. The wool content of these makes them SO much warmer than other winter tights made of only manmade materials.
