Perfect for the long distance crowd

This belt is the perfect accessory for the professional traveler! Although it is designed to protect paper valuables, I find the value in it's light weight, durability and "pack"ability. I simply park it in a softbag sidepocket, and away I go! Another advantage is the belt buckle. I've had other nylon web belts with buckles that slip and release. If one wears the belt for decoration, fine; but if you are attaching a cellphone pouch, gps or the like, you want a well-securing buckle as found on this product. My only wish is it came in more colors. Black is my routine wear, but a olive drab would be a nice addition to the tan, brown and shocking blue colors currently available. You won't go wrong with this belt!
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Ease of use, Great valueGood Money Belt

This belt is a great place to securely store a large quantity of big bills (50's & 100'S) for travel. I have not personally had any problem with the buckle releasing. I would recommend this belt to anyone who wants a simple and secure place to hide their money.
Good Money Belt!!

The Altrec money belt is great!! However, I couldn't understand why the manufacturer would put such a large metallic fob on the zipper. The fob hangs down beyond the width of the belt. Dead giveaway to thugs. Replace the fob with a small piece of plastic. The buckle is great! The buckle does not attract attention.

Pros: you can place bills n quarters, the belt seems durable. Cons: The belt's buckle lock keeps on popping, it will not hold/poor locking
Good but poor buckle lock mechanism

Pros: Can hold a $50bill and 2 quarters. Cons: The buckle lock is useless "Quick release" it will just release itself .

At first I was not to sure the belts buckle would hold up, no pun intended, to every day use. I seems to work fine but I would rather have a more positive locking buckle. The zippered pocket is OK but it can get a little bulky when stuffed with cash.
