I prefer the Outdoor research for the wider brim and the brim was a bit stiffer. This was a great hat but compared to that one I was more pleased. This was a good hat but the bigger brim was nice and the stiffness kept it put.

I needed a shade hat with a draw string for a trip to Alaska. I like that the hat is adjustable so that I did not have to be concerned about the fit. The hat fits my needs exactly. I can't wait to use it. Also, the hat was shipped promptly.

I was looking for a hat, specifically in black, that was lightweight, gave me good sun coverage, was waterproof, would stay on my head in the wind, and would pack easily throughout my travels. This hat is excellent in all respects...and the price point was just right!

This hat fits well and looks great. I like the string that tightens under your chin so the wind doesn't blow the hat off. The bright melon color goes with alot of things. I wear this at the beach and with a sundress. I will get a lot of use out of it.

This hat is very light , comfortable and ideal for outdoor.The quality of this product, materials is very good. However if you are looking for as much sun coverage as possible, or at least more, I would suggest finding a stiffer and wider brim.

Very nice summer color (orange), its comfortable, light. I like the strings, perfect for beach I can't wait to wear it! One thing I would change is the color inside. I think it should be all black, instead of white.

I love this hat :) I am fair skinned and have had several pre-melanoma sopts removed. This hat gives ample shade to my face and neck while still providing coolness. We boat alot and I love the fact that it stays put in windy conditions. Wil definitely but another if this one ever wears out! I even ordered a matching one for my spouse.

This hat fits better than any other sun hat I have tried on. Most of the other hats are too large for my head. I didn't even realize that this one tightens in the back if necessary. I love the melon color and the style. It also arrived within 2 days! This was an overall great purchasing experience.

I like this hat because it is comfortable, stylish, and provides much needed sun protection when hiking. This hat sure beats wearing a cotton hat when you start sweating. The fact that is wicks away moisture and repels water was a big plus for me. Well worth the money.
