Great Gloves
August 12, 2011
I love these gloves! Not too sure about it being a liner glove. These gloves are comfortable and warm. I like how Black Diamond gives you a temperature rating on them, so you know how much cold they can take.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great valueBest Lightweight Glove Out There

More of a lightweight glove than a liner, these bad boys are what you are looking for when dexterity counts. I use these fleece gloves for everything from driving on cold winter mornings to out in the field on job sites. They are the perfect balance between feeling what you are handling and providing wind proof comfort. Although they are not waterproof they serve double duty for a night out on the town.
Great windproof fleece gloves.

If you're looking for a breathable glove that is moderately insulated and windproof, this is a great choice. They aren't supposed to be waterproof or heavily insulated... expect them to soak up water if you do get rained or snowed on, but they still insulate when wet. Kept my hands warm in 5 degree wind chill with no problem, and they fit great if you have long fingers.
Pros: Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great valueGreat Wind Glove

Excellent glove but not a liner

I have been looking for a liner that also prevented wind. Nothing worse when in extreme cold and wind (winter mountain climbing) than taking off your primary mitten and having a liner like merino wool that let's the wind through. So I got these. They do a great job however they are a little thick to truly be a liner. I would say these will work well as a primary glove when a full mitten isn't required.
