great layering piece
November 10, 2011

After owning and loving 2 pairs of Rho LT's I decided it was time to try out the LTW's as well. They have been a great addition to my layering system, and though they are not the warmest, they are very comfortable. I wore them 24/7 for a 2 week paddling trip...in my dry suit and around camp (and best of all, no stink!). My only complaint would be concerning the fit. Compared to the LT's they sit very high on my waist and are a bit snugger which makes them not the most stylish stand-alone piece.

Pros: Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance

nice design
January 17, 2011

These bottoms are not thick and very warm, but they are beautifully designed, very comfortable and dry quickly. Merino wool feels much better than polyesters when next to skin. I will highly recommend these bottoms. I hope they can be a little thicker.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great value

It's super light
November 10, 2010

This underwear is very light, not warm enough, but breathable. It's worthy to its price. If you want a close-fitting bottom, this one is recommended.

Pros: Performance

well worth the buy
November 20, 2009

I bought this for my mom. she was more than thrilled as she has sensitive skin & the merino wool did not itch but was/is extremely comfortable. my mom is also diabetic so wearing too tight or restrictive clothing is not good but this did not do that so over all i went out and bought 2 more (Rho LT this time) for her. well worth the buy
