The V-Rack is the perfect solution for our bike transport needs. We pull a 5th wheel rv with a kayak trailer behind the rv. This rack fits on the hitch between the rv and the kayak trailer allowing us to bring both of our bikes along with us. Nothing else we tried worked as well. Great product - easy to use and store. Holds the bikes safe and secure. Would highly recommend.

I used to have a rack similar to this (1995) that actually fit onto the ball of the ball hitch and just as light (11lbs), but was stolen when my car was stolen, and i have been looking for a that rack ever since! This is the closest i have come and it is way cheaper than any other rack i studied. My hitch is actually 1 and 1/4 inch so i am buying the [con-vert]er to 2inch and rise.. for it. I think nothing beats this rack for ease, durability and its lightweight frame! I am not sure why anyone would buy another ; unless of course they are hauling more than 2 bikes. This rack is no brainer!

We use the V Rack to haul my bikes from Wisconsin every year.

We rarely take our rack off the car, but, when do we put it in the pouch and it stores conveniently in the trunk.
